They installed a mini split at one of the homes on our property two years ago and did a good job. However, I recently called them to do a PMI on another home and had a terrible experience with them. As a result, we will no longer be doing any business with Bill. I suggest if you want excellent - and competent - service where they don't nickel and dime you with billing, call A.J. LeBlanc in Bedford. Outstanding service. Electricians on staff. Very reasonable rates.
Bill is fantastic and went above and beyond to help fix our geothermal AC system when it broke on a hot day!
Bill and his sons/team are amazing. They came to install two mini splits in my home and ran into some issues (with the space, not their fault) but were quick to find a solution and finished the job in the same day. They are all knowledgeable, very friendly and professional and I recommend them to everyone I know who needs service. My Daikin mini splits are amazing and I don't know how I lived without them. Thank you Bill and both of your sons for the exceptional service.

Unlike the the rest of the reviewers I had a very different experience. I just encountered some of the worst customer service skills I've every come across. It's hard to believe that a perspective customer was treated the way I was. The company scheduled and set the expectation that someone would be there at 10am. Actually, to quote "Yes we can do 10:00am. We will see you then!" At 11:50am I'm calling for a status because there was no call or text or email explaining why no one had shown up yet. I used the BBB for quoting. Nowhere in the BBB communications does it say arrival will be between 10am to 11am, or that it may run late, even though I was argued with by <rep> that this was clearly stated in a response on the BBB site. No, it was not. At 11:55am <rep> continues arguing with me that it's still within the time window that was never mentioned. The tech is on a job in Manchester. Even if they left at that moment arrival would be at the earliest 11:30am. So clearly my time is worth nothing. I highly recommend some professional training in what reliability and customer service is all about.
