Jon was friendly, helpful and professional at all times. He was very accomodating in making appointments. He assessed the situation very quickly and gave me a very competitve quote. I got quotes from five other contractors. He completed the work required within the time frame he had quoted. After he left, he cleaned the work area and except for the fact that there was a brand new furnace, you never would have known he'd been there. He came back a couple weeks later and installed a new electronic thermostat. I would highly recommend Jon for any work you might consider and would certainly use him again in the future.

Jon called immediately after request went up on service magic. He asked multiple questions regarding times and use of my commercial bldg. He crawled through 2 nasty attics without complaint. Came up with a simple plan to upgrade my furnaces and AC condensers with name brand equipment. He did a lot of work on 2 weekends to minimally disrupt my tenants work. All equiptment functioned perfectly and immediately. He has since followed up personally to ensure that installs worked to my satisfaction. His estimate was in the middle of the pack, it was his time spent assessing the job in order to "right fit" the job that impressed me.
