I contacted Milli for a quote to add a bathroom, closet, and deck in a master bedroom. The prices were reasonable so I asked for a quote on a bigger project. It seemed that Milli was not interested in doing the project since I had a designer to work with. She kept making comments such as "what do YOU want?" When I told her exactly what I wanted. It took 3 months for her to ultimately say she was confused on the project. I gave her direct contact to the designer and she never called the designer for clarification. I would have respected it more if she said she did not want to do it. There was much time wasted and it held my big project up 3 months. I have decided to find another contractor. This was not a good experience and don't recommend.
Great team, excellent work
HWP is my go-to for projects large and small. Zania is wonderful at project planning and provides great communication. Francisco and his team do wonderful work--always walking you through the finished job, and going over any question you might have. They have my complete trust and confidence, and I plan to use them for future projects at my single family home.
We're VERY pleased with the quality of work that was completed by Rodrigo and co. The only downside (which is attributed to Covid) was the pricing...but honesty, this was comparable if not better than other quotes we received. They demolished, framed and completely built our front porch within four (4) total days over a few weeks. I would reco their services if you're looking for great and timely work...also Rodrigo was extremely pleasant.
HWP repaired and replaced cedar shingles and re-painted my entire house. The house looks great and we really appreciated working with Zana and Francisco. The estimate was accurate. This is a reliable business that I will likely hire again for a future remodeling or painting job.
