“But I get all my gas from hygrade.”
Steve and his team installed a new furnace and a central air heat pump a few months ago for us. We had a slight hiccup with our AC unit that took some diagnosing, but they didn’t give up. All his workers are professional and great at what they do. They don’t give up until the job is done 100%
I do not recommend this business. Made an appointment to have our AC unit serviced. My husband took time off work for the appointment. They never showed up or called. I called the company. No answer and has not called me back.
Steve from Hygrade services did a great job installing HVAC. Very professional, priced reasonably, great communications. Would recommend!
Hygrade knocked it out of the park for me and my family. Thursday at 7pm my wife and I come to the startling realization that our furnace is broken. With “record setting” cold temps expected in a couple days I was extremely concerned. My wife scrambled to the internet and frantically starts searching “local hvac company” and then filters past the crooks… I mean aiello and harp. And finds a helpful Reddit thread. This Reddit thread was gushing about hygrade and so I googled them and saw they were open for another hour and just called immediately. Steve picks up and I explain my furnace won’t turn on. Steve was so quick to commit one of his guys to be at my house by 8:30am the next day. A small sense of relief but of course I had no idea what to expect. The next day they arrive promptly and quickly diagnose that my furnace was broken beyond repair, I believe the exact words were “your heat exchanger is effed” he told me the cost of a furnace replacement and said they could get it installed the next day. The price was better than I could have hoped for. They showed up promptly Saturday morning and by noon on Saturday ~36 hours after I made the initial call I had a brand new furnace installed and working. I cannot imagine ever working with any other hvac company as long as I live in this general area. Attentive, fair, and diligent.
