A recent customer says they made an appointment for an oil delivery and the company never came to deliver it. A 2026 caller wrote that the company would only give a price for oil that day to someone who signed up for automatic delivery. A 2025 caller said a woman named Rose answered and said “no I don’t do anything other than full service automatic delivery thank you bye” before hanging up. A 2025 caller asking for a delivery within two weeks said the person on the phone pressed them about the oil level in the tank and hung up. In 2023, a first-time caller said whoever answered lectured them that the company is not the type for everyone. A 2022 customer of 30 years said the company responded quickly to a couple of issues with their furnace. In 2020, a Reddit commenter on r/Connecticut wrote “Avoid Teddy's oil & EZ oil.”

Made an appointment for an oil delivery and they never came to deliver the oil. They are misleading and unprofessional.
Just called to get price on oil for today they would only give me a if I sigh up for automatic delivery why would anyone do that
I asked for an oil delivery and she demanded to know how much oil was in my tank and I just said can’t you just drop off Oil within two weeks and she began to badger me about the oil level and hung up on me I will never use them again they certainly don’t have the attitude that the customer is always right.
I just called teddys to inquire about pricing on 100 gallons of oil. A very rude woman named Rose answered the phone and I had hardly even finished my question before she very rudely said “no I don’t do anything other than full service automatic delivery thank you bye” and hung up in my face. I now see why teddys has a 3.7 star rating. 10/10 do not recommend not even for full service automatic delivery because of the way they treat people. Disgusting and disrespectful customer service and Rose should be ashamed of herself.
I called for the first time to do business by inquiring for the price to fill my tank. To whomever answered the phone and lectured me that they are not the type of company for everyone and made no effort to earn my business, THANK YOU! I am getting serviced tomorrow by a different company. Good luck! ; )
