Ian Brown Land Design is a boutique landscape design-build shop based in Walpole that takes on one project at a time — terraces, outdoor kitchens, pool environments and gardens, plus some home construction and renovation. The company says it has been operating for 20 years, with Ian Brown personally reviewing every inquiry and staying on-site to direct each job. The written record here is thin. A couple of open-web mentions place Brown and the business in the Walpole area, but there isn't a deep run of customer reviews to draw from — Google shows just three ratings, all five stars. That's not enough volume to say much about consistency across jobs. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, held under Ian Brown Landscaping and Property Maintenance Inc., is active. Before booking, it's worth asking for recent project references directly, since the online record doesn't yet offer much beyond the company's own description of its work.
““Our roots are in Westwood. I grew up in Westwood,” said Brown, the owner of Ian Brown Land Design.”
“Tom Leyden and Ian Brown catch up from the headquarters of Ian Brown Land Design in Walpole.”
