Ibanez Construction is a general contractor based in Roslindale, run by owner Laureano Ibanez, with 10 years in business and a Better Business Bureau A+ rating. Its Houzz profile lists work across kitchens, baths, decks, additions, roofing, painting, basements, attics and siding. BBB's listing also carries a Massachusetts BBRS license number, 150638, for the company. Given that broad range of listed work, ask specifically about experience with a project similar to yours, and confirm the license number directly with the state before signing a contract.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from IBANEZ CONSTRUCTION. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
