IMPERIUM BUILDERS

Imperium Builders is a general contractor working the Boston area, with a Houzz profile that puts its base in Norwood, Massachusetts, and a separate Better Business Bureau listing for Imperium Builders, Inc. in Attleboro — same name, two different addresses on file. Run day-to-day by Steven, the company's Houzz listing describes a wide remodeling and building scope: bathroom and basement remodeling, custom homes, decks, drywall, and countertop installation, alongside general contracting. The three reviews on file, all from April 2023, tell a consistent story about the kind of project that shows up most: a master bath and full kitchen renovation, plus similar full-room work. Reviewers single out clear communication with Steven throughout the job and describe the finished work as high-quality and professionally done, on schedule. Houzz also credits the company with a 5.0-star average across those ratings, 8 completed projects, and one Houzz Award. Two things are worth confirming before calling. The Houzz profile currently displays as suspended, so it's worth asking directly whether the company is still actively taking projects and where to see more recent photos or references. And with only three reviews on record — all from the same month in 2023 — there isn't yet a long public track record; a couple of current references would round that out. For a homeowner planning a bathroom or kitchen remodel, the reviews that exist describe a crew people were glad to have working in their home — just confirm they're still booking new work.
