Michael and his team were very professional. Now after a few years. My siding has cracks in variety of places on my house. Near my chimney there’s a few loose wood strips due to the wind storm. Michael wanted me to take pictures near the chimney? I have a colonial. I can’t take pictures so you can see what’s going on and haven’t stopped by because there’s too much traffic. Has Michael moved to a different location? 1. Commercial St in Malden 2. Broadway in Somerville. No name of this company on these two buildings.

Mike was so easy to work with. They completed a project to re-side and replace all the trim on my home, not a small job. Mike communicated regularly so I always knew where things stood and the finished project was exactly what we were hoping for. Would absolutely hire them again.

Mike and his team are the best of the best. Their price was very competitive with other bids, so if I were you, I would not even shop around. The job was completed to perfection, and it was a big job with a lot of complications. Mike was unbelievably flexible and helpful. It was like working with a family member. I had every confidence that he used the same care that would be used if it were his own home. The crew were always friendly and polite, and they left the site in great condition. I've done quite a bit of renovation-type work and this was by far the best experience I've ever had.

My husband and I engaged Mike and ICS for a complete exterior remodel on our duplex in Cambridge, which included (i) installing James Hardie siding and Azek trim, (ii) rebuilding our rotten back porch with composite decking and railings, (iii) installing roofing shingles on the mansard portion of our roof, (iv) removing insulation in our attic that had previously been improperly installed between the rafters by a prior owner, (v) installing new front and back doors, and (vi) installing new interior trim around the front and back door. We are so pleased with the final result and would definitely recommend ICS to anyone in the Cambridge/Somerville area looking for an exterior renovation/siding contractor. Given the high demand for siding contractors, we were worried that the project wouldn't be able to commence until well into the Summer of 2023, but Mike was able to fit in our project for the end of November 2022, which was great. Mike served as our primary point of contact and was communicative, easy-going and a pleasure to work with. He demonstrated a high level of expertise, as did his lead contractor on the project, and both were helpful in offering design suggestions for the back deck and trim. Even working through the cold months of November and December, the crew was on site nearly every day promptly at 8am (even the pretty cold days where we didn't expect them) and Mike was great about letting us know if they weren't coming. Mike and his crew were also very professional, even when dealing with some cranky neighbors, and took care to keep the worksite clean and as unobtrusive as possible for us and the neighbors. We ended up adding on the interior trim install to the project (which had to be re-installed as a result of replacing the front and back door that we were previously planning to do ourselves) and Mike and his crew were super easy going about the change order and didn't overcharge us. We appreciated that Mike and his team had ample experience in Cambridge. During our initial meeting with Mike to discuss the project and obtain a quote, he provided us with a long list of properties where they had installed Hardie siding denoting the color, which was very helpful and reflected that ICS stood behind its work.
