I am leaving a good review because I called this company to see if they could inspect the roof after a small leak came out of nowhere from my kitchen light fixture. They set up an appointment for the next morning, less than 24 hours wait. I really only had a small issue with a seal on a bump-out roof and they immediately identified and fixed within 20 min. A very hard and windy rain the day before is the only reason water got in, and I am glad they understood that it was a kind of rare 1 time issue that didn't need to be made into a bigger deal. The minimum service fee for coming out was reasonable, price seemed a little high for a small job, but when i agreed to the repair the service fee was included in the price so it was worth it. They did also go on the main roof but did not try to push any other repairs or new roof since that clearly wasn't my problem at hand. They did give a general eyeball test estimate of when a new roof might be needed down the road though in case I was wondering. All 3 service guys were friendly and quick.
