Instant New Homes Inc.

I am astonished of how quick they were able to finish my new addition. Great timing and the work was implacable. Definitely recommend it 😍

Great company! They did remodeling of my home and it looks amazing! Great people to work with. Thank you so much for everything.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Instant New Homes Inc. We just finished a 750-square-foot addition, and the whole experience was incredible. Adding that much space to your house is a huge undertaking and can be pretty stressful, but the team made it feel easy. Their work is just impeccable—you can tell they really pride themselves on the details. They didn't cut any corners, and the new space flows so naturally with the rest of our home that you’d never know it wasn't there to begin with. Beyond just the building part, they were actually a pleasure to have around. They were respectful of our space, kept things neat, and always kept us in the loop on what was happening next. It’s rare to find a crew that is this professional. Michele's female touch gives them this trate and Marino's great communication is the cherry on top. If you’re planning a project and want it done right the first time, definitely give them a call. We are absolutely in love with our new space! Thank you guys!

We are thrilled with our new deck! Communication throughout the process was excellent, the crew was polite and professional. They left our yard clean each day and did a thorough clean up when the job was done. We highly recommend Instant New Homes and plan to use them again for additional home remodeling projects. Thank you Marino and Michelle, you are both a pleasure to work with!
