Integrity Property Management's day job is looking after other people's rental property — leasing, tenant screening, rent collection, evictions, accounting — with handyman repairs, installations and assembly offered alongside it. It works out of Methuen, lists five employees and four years in business, and Kate Delacruz is the name on the account. There is very little here for a homeowner to go on. One review sits on its Thumbtack page, left in 2024 by a property owner rather than by someone who hired the company for a repair, and no second platform carries anything at all.
