“We have a fence by The Invisible Fence. Going on 5 years now. The installation was easy and painless on our end.”
From the first call to Rhonda to the last training session with Donald - this was a smooth sale! These people do what they say they are going to do, on time, courteous, thorough and actually fun! Thank you for taking care of us! Buddy and GG
Disappointing. We had our invisible fence fixed back in January of ‘26. Our town does yard maintenance on our hill near the road. When having the wire repaired 8 months ago I asked if the wire could be buried so that this type of incident wouldn’t happen again. I was told ‘No problem’ and that the line was buried so it shouldn’t be a problem anytime soon. Fast forward 8 months later and I’m in the same boat. I called Invisible Fence to see if they would honor the amount I previously paid towards the yearly service fee and was told No since it was past 30 days. Be careful before employing them or if you live near a main road Following up from an earlier review: Rhonda and Donald were very understanding. Within an hour they reached out to understand what the problem was. They dispatched a technician a few business days later and were able to fix the original issue.
Greg did a fantastic job installing our Outdoor Shields and wired extension system. He was thoughtful, patient, and took the time to make sure everything was installed neatly and in the best locations for how our dogs would be most likely to behave near our garden beds. He answered our questions, and was thoughtful & diligent in his installation; we appreciate the care he put into his work, especially on a hot day like today. Thank you, Greg!
Kyle came to repair the boundary around my house it was a quick fix , trained my pup and was patient and attentive to what we needed. Great guy , lots of dog training knowledge and experience . A+ service
I have always had a positive experience with Invisible Fence and that was no different this time, the 4th dog I have trained through them (including when it was Canine Fence). Christina Williams was wonderful with our dog and so easy to work with! She trained me and Finley very well! I also appreciated that she determined that Finley would need a 4th class to make sure he was set up for success. A good experience all around!
