Iron Mike home services, formerly Top Tech Company, is a Roslindale handyman business whose listed work centers on gutter cleaning and repair. HomeAdvisor shows a 4.4 average from 9 ratings and 11 years of experience, with free estimates. The written accounts are dated 2019–2020. Customers described quick responses, same-day scheduling, thorough work, leaf removal, snow removal, and reasonable prices; one 2018 customer disputed tree-trimming results, while the response from the business described the condition it found. The dated reviews point to small exterior and property-maintenance jobs, but the service list is narrower than the broader handyman label. Ask for a current written scope and price, especially for work outside gutter cleaning and repair, and confirm how any tree or snow work will be handled.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Iron Mike home services (formerly Top Tech Company). Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
A day rate replaces the task list — usually the better deal once the list gets long.

Top Tech handyman was Personable, Professional, Patient, Knowledgeable, and Kind . A Joy to Find Someone so Proficient at his Trade. Would ask for his Services again, if Needed. Also Recommend to others without Hesitation!!!!
quick response and very thorough job
Top Tech Called immediately and we scheduled a same service. Easy to work with.
The Top Tech provider responded quickly, arrived when he said he would, and energetically and efficiently loaded my raked leaves and pine needles into his truck and took them to my local transfer station. His price was very reasonable, and it was pleasant to work with him.
