Keep looking! Do not use! I hired Iwano and Sons for a high-spec paint job on my house. Scraping, power washing, priming, caulking, carpentry and repairs as needed, and 2 coats of California paint. The job was done, but in less than 3 years I had significant pealing and cracking on 3 sides of the house. 3 years is past the 2-year guarantee, but the level of failure experienced in such a short time should have been addressed. I brought it to Gabriels attention and offered to supply the paint and to address the first story issues myself. I just wanted the parts that required 2nd story work to be done with his labor. He agreed, BUT ONLY IF I PAID. I moved on from this supplier. In addition to this, when originally doing the job he did not address an area where rotting wood should have been replaced. Neglecting the repair at that time resulted in much more advanced damage and required more rework and with it more cost when it was addressed. I'll mention also that the carpentry was on a time and material basis and would not have cost him profit from the paint job. Doing the work would have been more revenue for him. Do not use this supplier. He does not do the work correctly and if it does fail, he does not stand behind his work.

Very professional quality work. I plan on hiring them again. Their quote was the most detailed of all the quotes I received. There was also some rotted wood that needed to be replaced and I was very happy with that as well.

Gabriel and his crew did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them and use Iwano in the future.

We hired Iwano & Sons for the exterior painting of our home and garage. We found the process of working with Gabriel (Iwano) and his team to be beyond excellent. We obtained several quotes in the initial stages of identifying a contractor. From the outset Gabriel was prompt, professional and extremely responsive (we had many questions about the process). He and his team's follow up to questions and information was very speedy and patient with us. The work started quickly upon agreement. The team arrived early and promptly each day. Given this was a painting job, the team took great lengths to ensure the property around painting areas (plants etc) were covered and protected. The home was fully scraped, sanded, prepared and primed. The team addressed some carpentry issues and really tidied up a couple minor issues we had (an under deck stairs gate that was literally hanging off prior to the job; we didn't anticipate the team would fix this and they did ... brand new looking gate installed and fixed). Some rain delays (completely beyond the control of the team) postponed painting a little, but once clement weather returned, the team was back on site immediately. The house was painted with two coats of premium Benjamin Moore paint. We have been thrilled with the overall paint job and especially to the attention to detail to the trim etc. We even had a last minute addition request, to the work, which Gabriel accommodated overnight and was done the next day (we asked for some drain down spouts to be replaced as part of the work, and it was done the next day). We are extremely happy with the work Iwano & Sons has done. The job completed with Gabriel coming to do a walk around the property with us to ensure satisfaction and needs had been addressed. He also providing an informational booklet on the job, about paint information (color codes etc) and materials used, for future reference. Another extremely nice touch and professional aspect to this company. Would very much recommend Gabriel/Iwano & Sons. Professional, courteous, and excellent work. We are planning another home project with this company already.
