Very satisfied with Neves! The person I first talked to on the phone, and the plumber that showed up the next day (on time) were wonderful. Very cordial service. Price was reasonable. I definitely will call Neves again.

After dealing with a leaking hot water heater during a rainstorm, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Even with the terrible weather, they showed up, worked hard, and made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and treated my home with respect. It’s not often you find a company with such great customer service and genuinely kind people. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!

I will not use this company again, they placed in a sump pump 10 years ago. It was never working right. I had to constantly readjust the float over the years after constant flooding. And when it was no longer floating, I called Neves Plumbing and said I needed a new float for my sump pump because it was not going up and kicking on the motor. The dispatcher said that something that they can do but they will bring a new sump pump just in case it’s something else. When the work man came and I unfortunately wasn’t there, he told my wife that they cannot buy a float separately even though it is sold on Amazon for $20. Workman said he has to change the entire pump and it cost me around $700 for a $20 part. That’s like buying a car and they said they can’t change part and I have to buy a whole new car. This is ridiculous. To me this is just a money grab. Lesson learned. Beware.

Neves Plumbing is amazing! Every time we’ve had an issue, they drop everything and race to help us—no hesitation, no fuss. Their team is professional, friendly, and always gets the job done right the first time. We couldn’t be happier with their service and trust them completely for anything plumbing-related.
