Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. When anything in your home goes wrong it’s already a stressful experience and having the wrong people intensifies things tremendously. That’s where I was at before I called Will. I had called another plumber who left a bad taste in my mouth, someone who came to my house several times and couldn’t fix the issue then told me the only solution was to completely replace all the pipes in my crawlspace/cut open the wall on my second floor bathroom and replace those pipes too! As you can imagine, that was a shock. Something told me to get a second opinion and I’m so grateful that I did. I chose Will based on his incredible reviews and he did not disappoint. Will and Mac were honest, thorough, compassionate and efficient. Wouldn’t you know.. they had a solution that didn’t involve total replacement! Everything is running perfectly, and there is a clear plan for future work that needs to be done. Safe to say Clog Dr. is the only one I will trust from now on. Can’t thank you guys enough 🖤

Willy and Mat were recommended to me by a friend when I had an emergency clogging at the basement on a Saturday afternoon. Willy showed up within two hours, declogged the pipe. And they came back two days later to address the root cause of frequent clogging issue by reconfiguring the sewage pipe. They are on time, friendly and professional. I felt I learned a few things as well. Thank you very much!

When our 2nd floor tub wouldn't drain and the plumber I normally use wasn't available, I reluctantly went online to try to find someone who could take care of it right away. When I came across The Clog Dr listing the high rating (5 stars) and the number of high ratings (39) immediately attracted my attention. I called and spoke to the owner (Will) and he told me he could take care of it that morning (coincidentally he was going to be in my town). He arrived on time and it was immediately apparent to me he was both very experienced and very professional. He took care of the clog, being sure to get the plumbing snake all the way to the main drain line in the basement (clearing two clogs along the way). He brought me down into the basement so I could confirm he snaked to the main (peace of mind for me). Everything drains nicely now. He does more than just drain clearing (everything plumbing). He even answered some questions regarding other plumbing upgrades I am considering. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will certainly be using him again for any future plumbing work.
