It is a North Billerica construction manager, general contractor and design-builder whose work is commercial and institutional: it says it was founded in 1997, and the projects on the public record are a $24.4 million public safety complex awarded by the town of Lee in December 2025, a joint venture with Turner Construction and Janey Construction Management on Harvard's Enterprise Research Campus lab buildings in Allston, and a bid on a net-zero K-5 school in Amherst. The company describes itself as unusual among general contractors in self-performing site work, concrete and carpentry rather than brokering everything to subcontractors. Its own site lists general contracting, civil work, construction management, design/build, solar construction and sustainable construction, and its project categories run through commercial, federal, educational, cultural/historical, homeland security, public safety and multi-family. Leadership is named: founder and CEO Kamlesh Patel, who the company says has more than 36 years in construction, with Jonathan Braley as president and Lawrence Bronner as vice president. The customer record is almost non-existent by homeowner standards, which is what you would expect from a firm whose clients are towns, universities and federal agencies. Google shows 3.7 stars from three ratings, and the only written review, from 2021, says "Great general contractor the office staff is very friendly and helpful". A GAO record shows the company challenging the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' decision to eliminate its proposal from the competitive range on a Hanscom Air Force Base design-build solicitation — a routine federal bid protest brought by the company, not an action taken against it. If you are a homeowner looking for a kitchen or an addition, this is the wrong size of firm. If you are a developer, institution or municipality, the public project record is the thing to read, and the references worth asking for are the towns and owners named above.
