A 2020 customer with a burst 40-gallon water heater said John was the first to get back to them after they called multiple plumbing companies, laid out the options with four different quotes, and replaced and upgraded the heater singlehandedly, all inside a 24-hour window. On HomeAdvisor, J&K Supplemental Plumbing carries 4.9 stars from 76 ratings. A 2020 customer said John and his assistant replaced a water heater wearing full masks, gloves and booties, and that his price was lower than what another service had quoted a neighbor. A 2020 reviewer wrote that he replaced a pump-up system in a downstairs bathroom, had to dig two feet below the foundation, took out the old shower, installed a new one and replaced the sink. A 2015 customer said John put in new shower heads, was on time, gave a fair price and wore booties over his shoes. A 2013 customer who thought four boiler valves needed replacing was told one valve needed replacing and the others just needed some TLC. A 2016 customer said the sink and tub plumbing had to be redone because the tub drain ran somewhat uphill. That 2016 customer also said he disconnected pipes from the vent, leaving a loud gurgle, and stopped communicating when asked to fix it. A 2013 customer with a no-water problem said the technician found a faulty switch in line with the well pump and tank but had to come back the following morning to replace it, and felt the charge for the switch and install was too high.
Honestly this is one place I trust 100 percent...Quality of course and so reliable, but most of all, honest and Local family owned...

I hesitated during this virus to have my water heater replaced, but John and his assistant came in with full masks, gloves, and booties, so I felt very safe. I have already recommended them to a neighbor. His price was lower than the one received by my neighbor by another service.
I would give him ten stars. He did a fabulous job. He gave me a fair price. He filled me in every step of the way. I would highly recommend him to everyone.He cleaned up every day. I think he loved my vacuum. I trusted him with my home. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He replaced my pump up system in my downstairs bathroom. He had to dig two feet below my foundation. He took out the old shower and installed a new one. He replaced my sink. I told everyone in my family if they need plumbing work to use him.
I had a 40 gallon water heater burst and reached out to multiple plumbing companies. John was the first to contact me and understood the urgency of the situation. He was extremely professional, explained the "who, what, why" of everything that could, should, and would be done and provided all possible options for replacement with 4 different quotes. I hired him and he singlehandedly replaced and upgraded my water heater with zero issues. Keep in mind this all took place in a 24 hour window. I WILL be using J&K again for ALL of my plumbing needs. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH.
