See the following review. UNFORTUNATELY, we paid them with the understanding that they would come back and finish the job. They have not put the baseboards back, did a poor job finishing the doors, and repairs of a window wound up breaking the outer pane. They have repeatedly rescheduled and either cancelled or didn't show up with the "proper tools". HOME ADVISOR HAS BEEN PRETTY USELESS IN addressing the problems with this company as well. THIS REFERRAL CAME FROM THEM AS A REPUTABLE SOURCE AND THEY CAN'T FIND ANYTHING ABOUT HAVING MADE THE REFERRAL. I SPOKE TO REPS IN FL AND IL AND THEIR ASSISTANCE WAS AS HELPFUL AS TRYING TO GET THIS CONTRACTOR TO FINISH HIS JOB. IT IS GOING TO BE ANOTHER 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THEY EVEN GET BACK TO ME. Unfortunately, none of the following is true anymore. These guys are THE BEST! They do QUALITY WORK, are honest and efficient and prices are very fair. I can truly say, of all the people that i have hired in CA,UT and CO since 1986, J & M General Construction is at the top of my list of "go-to" businesses. One other quality that puts them at the top? Being female, more often than not, people in their line of work don't listen to me. J & M listen and it made a huge difference in how repairs got done.
