Jim serviced our vacation homes AC in Maine on a Saturday and a Sunday and when an issue remained Monday morning he was back here in 10 minutes with the fix. Highly recommended!

our experience was not a good one, he came to our seasonal home to look at our AC that wasn’t working. we were not present at the time of the repair but he called me and stated he spent 2 hours fixing it and it was all repaired. We came up the following day turned on our AC and after letting it run for an hour found that nothing was fixed and the AC was still not working after already paying him promptly the day of the repair. I proceeded to call and text him to which I received no reply, he then just showed up when my wife was there and seemed disheveled and very combative when my wife asked questions. he came off rude and defensive while speaking to my wife. Proceeded to keep our money and also Didn’t seem to want to resolve it in any type of way. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend his services to any of our friends, as we are afraid that they will experience the same interaction that we did

I had an unknown issue with my central air unit. Jim was very responsive and diagnosed my issue within minutes. He fixed the problem and ensured everything was working properly before he left. This is my third time using Jim. Great service and he's very knowledgeable!
