J D Construction & Insulation Co.

Thirty-five years in the North Lakes region of New Hampshire is what J D Construction & Insulation says about itself, working out of Laconia. The range on its Houzz profile is a builder's, not a handyman's: custom homes and foundations at one end, attic conversions, garage building, home additions and extensions, decks and cedar siding in the middle, drywall and flooring installation at the finish. Three projects are shown alongside that list. If what you have is an addition, an attic turned into living space or a new garage, this is the kind of outfit that carries a job from frame to finish. Ask which parts the crew does itself and which go to subcontractors, get the schedule and allowances written into the contract, and ask for a couple of Lakes Region customers you can call.
