From the beginning, the experience with JM construction was on point. We met with 3 builders to discuss a gut renovation to our 1997 era kitchen and powder room. Jeff was our third meeting, which was a video call and we found his personal demeanor both professional and sincere. After meeting him we were interested in moving forward to the next step, which was an in-person walk through. Following the walk through, we knew we had found our partner and at that point agreements were signed and detailed plans, costs and timelines were produced. As homeowners, it was certainly an extensive project for us, and we felt that Jeff and his team treated it as they would for their own property. Throughout the process JM's team never let us down. Jeff and his team were excellent at communication, keeping us + our designer posted on progress or setbacks. The relationship was such that JM could call our designer directly and work out solutions/timing. When mid project decisions required all of us, the team offered up multiple solutions and ideas. The fact that the GC (JM), his subs, our designer and us, the folks actually paying for it all could readily talk and get on the same page is a testament to the team JM has assembled. These conversations were always respectful, genuine, and focused on solutioning. Notable highlights: •Our project was set up in an APP (BuildersTrend) that linked to email that managed the documentation, payment system, change orders, a schedule that told us what was happening each day and tracked all communication. •An awesome site manager who came daily, was easy going and a fantastic problem solver. •A weekly site meeting to keep everyone on the same page. •A high functioning temporary kitchen including a sink with hot water was built for us. •All the sub-contractors were impressive and seemed to have great relationships with JM Construction •Our construction didn't begin until all every item was procured, enabling our renovation to complete on schedule. We have nothing but respect and appreciation for the Team (subs included) that JM put on our project. The inevitable issues that need to be dealt with were communicated clearly, quality solutions offered and timelines effectively managed. Post project JM has checked in a few times and on one of those calls we mentioned a couple of small items/issues that had come up. They certainly were not JM's responsibility, but JM put a solution in place. Quality folks taking pride and doing quality work. Obviously, we can't say enough about our renovation and our experience with this team. We love our renovation and heartily recommend JM Construction for any project you have.

Jeff remodeled and replaced our outdoor deck as part of a larger project and their entire team was very professional and completed the project on time. I was impressed with their craftsmanship and attention to detail and will look to use their services again in the future.

Jeff McLinden of JM Construction and his team did a wonderful job on our mudroom addition and powder room renovation this past spring. Our new addition ties into the house beautifully and looks like it has always been there. From the beginning of the project to its completion, Jeff and his crew were always available, always reliable, and always working hard to provide an exceptional result, all while staying on budget. We recently completed a kitchen/powder room renovation with JM Construction, and we are thrilled not only with our results, but our entire experience with Jeff, Skipper and Steve. The project costs quoted at the beginning were exactly what we ended up with (except for changes that were discussed and signed off upon). The crew was pleasant to work with, respectful of our space and time, and finished before Thanksgiving as promised (total project time just over 4 months for complete kitchen renovation, including structural engineering and placement of steel beams!). There were many bumps along the way (as there will always be) but they were handled professionally and with integrity. They have bent over backwards to make sure that the end result is perfect and that we are completely happy. If you want a project done well, done efficiently, with excellent communication and with beautiful results, choose JM Construction!

I have know Jeff, the owner of JM Construction since 2003. I'm am an electrician and we meet at a clients house in Wellesley to finish the basement. Over the years I have worked with him on many projects. Jeff and his men always exceed my expectations when it comes to working together to get the job done right, on time and on budget.
