Michael was excellent to work with. We received several quotes, and his pricing was very fair. He was reliable and kept his word. Our water detention project stayed right on schedule, as promised. He estimated 2 1/2 days, and that’s exactly how long it took. They also kept the site impressively clean for an excavation project. We shared photos with my brother-in-law, who has seen many job sites, and he said it was the cleanest he’s ever seen. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend Michael and J.T. We recently completed a major home addition of 1,200sqft of beautiful new living space with Mike serving as our project GC from start to finish. As an excavation company taking on the full GC role, they absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way. The excavation and site preparation phase was flawless: precise grading, perfect foundation prep, minimal disruption to our existing yard. They handled all the permitting, coordination with subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, framing, roofing, etc.), and kept everything moving smoothly without a single major delay. The most important part was that Mike treated this work as if it being done to his own home, which is a great feeling for a homeowner who is not sophisticated in this space. I can not speak highly enough of the work performed by J.T. Lipovsky & Co. I had one of the ugliest back yards you have ever seen and now I can’t stop staring at its beauty. It is a family operation and Mike and his father Jimmy are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and fair. They started exactly when they said they would and were masterful with the equipment and materials. This was a very challenging project (endless amount of rocks😊) and Mike communicated often, staying within budget. If you have any kind of excavation needs, I encourage you to give them a call – you will not be disappointed.
