Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by Capital is the Canton-based franchise crew that converts tubs into walk-in showers — a lot of the jobs described are for aging parents whose families needed a safer bathroom, not a full renovation. It's a big operation: 346 Google ratings, 131 on Angi, 212 on Best Pick Reports, and a Better Business Bureau page listing it as an A+ accredited business. The sales process gets singled out again and again — names like Andre Mosely, Eddie and John Cummings show up dozens of times, described spending an hour or more walking a homeowner through material and warranty options before anyone signs anything. Once a contract is signed, the actual installation is frequently a single-day job: crews pull an old tub and vanity and have a new walk-in shower running in under six hours in one case, protecting floors and furniture along the way. The company's size also means real, specific complaints show up too. A 2025 review describes a $19,000 charge for one stand-up shower for an elderly veteran and calls the pricing predatory; another 2025 account says a job quoted at three days took five months; a 2024 review alleges the crew doing the work was not actually licensed as the sales team claimed. A February 2026 review describes high-pressure sales tactics and says a phone number given to the company was sold on to spam and phishing calls, and more than one customer describes going weeks without a returned call after signing. For a straightforward tub-to-shower conversion, the volume of detailed positive reviews about the install itself is real — but given the pricing and follow-through complaints on file, get a written, itemized quote and confirm licensing and warranty terms before signing anything.
Had a great visit after a fast call back Both the visit, by Andre and the phone, Brett, were totally professional!! Now... It its in my court .. to decide what to do... But I still can't get a quote... Oh well Worth the call for sure!!!
We are in the middle of installation right now at my elderly mother’s house. She spent A LOT more money than we hoped to spend because she wanted the Jacuzzi name. The sales person did his job and said all the right things. He said it’ll be done in 2 days, possibly part of a 3rd day. This was completely false. When materials came in I scheduled installation for early June. On the appointment day no one showed. I called three different numbers and texted the sales person. When I got a call back I was told there was a miscommunication and I was scheduled for 2 weeks later, this past Monday. Then that appointment was changed to Tuesday. The demo was done and shower base was installed in a few hours that day, and we were told we had to wait for 2 inspectors from the city, then they’d be back. It’s now 3 days later, after business hours, and only 1 of the inspectors has been here. And now we have no idea when to expect the other inspector or the contractors to come back, and now have no shower for the weekend. I’ve texted the salesperson about this but he has only replied once to multiple messages from me. We are very disappointed and feel like we were misled by the salesperson. For the amount my mother is spending, it should not be this difficult and take this long.
From the time he walked into our house until the time he left we felt like we were sitting with family. His confidence and knowledge of the product and service were comforting explained everything extremely attentive to our needs and concerns.he brought awareness and knowledge to things we never thought of he certainly did not try to oversell for personal gain you have a champion in your employ don't lose him thanks again
Eddie came to the house. Explained everything so that everything was understood.
We needed to have our bathtub changed to a walk in shower for my mother’s safety. Andre and Rob came to our home to give us a quote and go over everything. They were very polite and knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions. The price was more than what we thought it should be but for the safety of my Mother we decided to move ahead with the project. We had two installers come the day of the appointment and they were very professional and had the job completed in under 6 hours. They made sure to go over how to use everything before they left. Also Andre made a point to come over a week later to see how we like the install which was very nice.
