Jay asked questions before he came to find out the cause of the problem. He has a good knowledge of all aspects of building construction that allows him to come up with the best solution. Jay was on the mark as soon as he saw the piping work done earlier. The issue was a leak from the flat roof of a condo. Neither the snow cleaners or the two visits by our roofers had fixed the roof leak that came after a heavy snowstorm. We needed someone like Jay who knew what to do.
