A 2026 customer said they came quickly during a weekend plumbing emergency and that the price was more reasonable than competitors'. A 2023 customer said they came the same day to unclog a line at one of that customer's rental properties, at a very fair price. A 2023 Google reviewer said Mike was professional and fixed the problem quickly and thoroughly. In 2022, a reviewer wrote that Daryl Ellison fixed pipes that had been clogged for over 3 days, after a different company failed to fix the problem, and said he double-checked everything before he left. In a 2011 Angi review, a customer said he called back within 20 minutes, came out right away and had to snake through several times to unclog the drain. A 2007 customer wrote that they came out on a Sunday night for an emergency, after their regular hours. A 2016 Angi customer said a job that included removing an old toilet took about 6 hours, because the first rooter machine's cable was not long enough and a larger rooter and a second crew were needed. That customer called the crew hardworking and friendly, but said the job would have taken far less time had the bigger equipment come the first time.
