Lenny the Plumber

Absolutely terrible and unethical person. Had him do a $600 job on my well tank pipes. Outsourced job to some unlicensed guy who “fixed” issue and could not fix the main issue and said i need a well guy for that. Well then why did i pay you $600? Had the guy come out again and they said it was not their work that was leaking again it was the part they told me to get another guy for Terrible and unethical. 0 stars

Thanks to Len & Dave for the excellent job for the removal & installation of my kitchen faucet. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend, very up front about costs, punctual, communicative, and personable.

BEWARE. I do not recommend Lenny’s plumbing services, and I would never use him again. His high prices are not to be confused with quality or reliability. I hired Lenny to repair a plumbing leak in New Haven. He replaced some pipes and reassured the problem would be resolved. The leak continued, and Lenny blamed the tenants. He would not investigate the leak further without additional payment beyond the full payment I already paid. I later learned that Lenny outsource plumbing jobs to unlicensed plumbers, and significantly mark up the price. I found him to be an unethical and dishonest person.
