AMG Plumbing Mechanical LLC

AMG Plumbing Mechanical is a plumbing business, and a recent Google customer called it "Always my first call" after it came out and fixed a water pipe at their house. That customer said the work was fast and very reasonably priced, and that it was their second time using the company. A recent customer said the company has fixed multiple things for them, from small issues to big projects, and takes the time to explain. The company's website says it has been in business for nine years, and its Angi profile names Michael Reid. It holds a 4.5-star Google rating from 17 ratings, 4.8 stars on Angi from 16, and an A+ grade from the BBB. A 2020 customer on Angi said Michael replaced two leaking outdoor faucets, then came back two weeks later to install an outdoor shower attached to the back of the house. A 2020 customer said Mike removed a very old rotten garbage disposal, refitted it with new piping and cleaned and vacuumed the entire work area. A 2020 customer said Mike repaired a crack in one of their pipes. A 2023 customer said the company did work in their bathroom and was on time. A 2024 Google customer gave one star after a ductwork repair assessment, saying no one from the office called to schedule the follow-up work until the customer called, and that the receptionist hung up on them. That 2024 customer also accused the technicians of stealing a hand seamer crimping tool from the house. A 2020 customer praised quick work with good pricing but noted some scheduling delays. Connecticut lists an active P1 plumbing licence, PLM.0287892-P1, held by AMG Plumbing Mechanical LLC, and lists its S1 heating and cooling licence, HTG.0408263-S1, as lapsed.
