- A clean finish — a sink-leak customer says everything was left tidy
A sewer main break in a basement is one of the jobs PrimeWave Plumbers of New Haven has handled: that customer says they fit the job in as soon as possible, identified the problem and fixed it, at reasonable rates. On an earlier visit for the same customer, they removed plumbing fixtures and reinstalled them around a new flooring install, working with the flooring schedule. A customer with a garage shop in Hamden says they arrived within the hour for plumbing work in the shop's public bathrooms and sorted everything out before it opened at 6AM. A customer with a leaking bathroom sink says he arrived on time, found the source of the leak, explained the repair process clearly and left everything clean and tidy afterward. The business takes commercial work too: a customer describes a big commercial plumbing job for a warehouse that was finished on time, at a price they found acceptable for the volume of work. On Google, it holds 5 stars from 6 ratings.
