We remodeled a bathroom which required the redesign of the plumbing infrastructure which were DIY installs by a previous homeowner and not up to code. During the initial evaluation visit, James listened to our design ideas and offered straight forward, practical solutions which would bring everything into code and achieve our design objectives. The quote he prepared was very fair compared to others I had received. During the project, James was proactive in communicating when he planned to arrive and what he would be accomplishing during each visit. We had a 30 year old oil boiler system past due retirement. We decided to switch to propane, received quotes from 4 installers including a couple big installers with all the service plan gimmicks and overhead. I decided to go with James, based on price, and preferring to support a guy running his own business. He was willing to listen to what we wanted and offered good solutions. Like not putting the exhaust right in front of our window like some others, or hanging ugly flexible gas lines all over the garage. They showed up as scheduled and performed good work. They are a hard working crew and I highly recommend.
