We needed a small roof repair and despite a large workload James fit us in their schedule early one morning. We could not be more pleased! Excellent communication, fast scheduling, great crew, and an outstanding quality job repairing our roof. HIGHLY recommend James Salls Roofing!
Small shed roof finally installed 5/21 crew left over 100 nails and debri (I had to clean /drove work truck with frieghted trailer over my yard leaving huge ruts (I filled) contacted James. He never offered to fix issue and gets angry for any negative feedback.
Understanding that reviews are subjective to one’s personal dealings. That being said, i recently reach out to this business to strip and replace shingles and install seamless gutters.
I feel that this company was unprofessional and deceptive when it replaced our roof.I was charged me for supplies which were not used on our roof, work which was not done, work which did not meet agreed upon terms (shingle color), a fee which our “contract” did not allow, and a workmanship warranty which may not be valid.
