APR Roofing & Home Improvement

In September 2016 the owner, Scott, went up on a customer's roof himself and took photos to show them what was wrong, then more afterward to show what was repaired. APR Roofing & Home Improvement describes itself on Angi as a roofing and home improvement company serving the greater Windham and Tolland counties. It holds 4.9 stars from 14 ratings on Angi and 4.3 stars from 6 ratings on Google, and its written Angi reviews run from 2015 to 2017. In May 2017 a customer wrote that their sunroom roof had leaked almost since the day it was built. Scott and his associate came out and told them it had not been connected correctly when it was added onto the house; he took a video on the roof to show them, gave them several options, and the roof was fixed within a week. In October 2016 another customer wrote that Scott and his team repaired all the gables on the house, were on time every day and cleaned the job site each day. In April 2016 a customer wrote that Mr. Daros told them up front that until he removed the shingles he would not know whether there was rotted wood underneath, which would cost more to repair; he and his crew then completed the repairs and removed the debris. Another April 2016 customer, Pat B., wrote that Mr. Daros explained what needed to be done in terms they could afford, and within a few days his crew was at the house repairing the roof. In December 2015 a customer wrote that they were on time, cleaned up, and gave them visuals on the phone to see the problem.
