None of this is a registry verification, so read all of it as directory bookkeeping and ask him for his own licence number directly. There is no customer commentary here in either direction. The BBB opened his file in March 2022, does not accredit him, and says outright that it lacks the information to issue a rating; BuildZoom's score of 91 comes from permit activity, not from reviews.
