JB Sash and Door

They sent someone to measure for a window replacement in My Back Bay condominium. On the day of, the person became sick and was unable to make it. And I forgot about it. 6 weeks later, I had to call JB Sash and ask them if they were ever going to send someone else to measure the window. Finally, they did. They gave me the drawings and proposal and I had to go to the back Bay Architectural Commission on my own; they didn't even offer to join me to be able to answer questions if the commission had any. Great news, the commission approved the window. It's been a few months now, and JB Sash has not even reached out to find out about the commission's ruling. I've now engaged another provider who is actively involved with dealing with the architectural commission and pulling permits. I don't know what this company is doing all day long, but it seems like they're not doing anything for their customers.

I have used JB Sash, working with Ed, for our renovation windows and doors. It all went smoothly. And when there was a recent warranty issue with a door, Ed was fantastic in helping me get it resolved. Thank you!
