Seven zones in four days, done before Christmas — that job, written up by a customer in December 2025, is the kind Fall River's JD Ductless keeps getting called for. Nearly everything customers describe is ductless: multi-zone LG and Mitsubishi mini-split systems going into houses, installed by a small crew people name one at a time — Jean, Jerry, Jeff, Rodlin. Speed is what they write about. An August 2025 reviewer watched two installers put in a seven-zone LG system in two days. A 2022 customer had two condensers and four indoor units finished in two and a half days by a single installer. In May 2025 a homeowner got six Mitsubishi zones running before a daughter's wedding, and an April 2025 couple said Jean and his helper stood in the cold and rain for two days, on a weekend, to get their mini-split A/C in on time. It isn't only mini-splits. A May 2025 customer credited Jean with working through the blueprint on a commercial boiler; a March 2024 reviewer with a dead oil boiler thanked a tech named Rodlin; a November 2024 job was a water heater replacement. A September 2023 homeowner wrote that four other companies had failed on an old furnace before JD Ductless got it running, then installed a five-zone LG system. Two things recur across the years. Price — customers from 2022 through 2025 call it fair, reasonable, affordable. And tidiness: reviews through 2024 keep landing on nearly the same words, "very nice and clean job", and a November 2025 reviewer put it in terms of the cleanup, calling the work neat and the mess cleared. The hours run late, too. A 2023 reviewer with a three-month-old baby wrote that the crew came right out and replaced the condenser at 9:30 at night. The written history runs 2022 into late 2025 — five stars across 70 Google ratings, and on Thumbtack, Angi and HomeAdvisor alike. For a multi-zone ductless retrofit, or a heat pump crew willing to give up a weekend to hit a date, this is a sensible call. Before the trucks arrive, get the specifics down: how many zones and which equipment (customers name LG R32 heads, Mitsubishi systems, a branch box), how many days on site, and what the quoted price covers.
