In October 2023 a Fall River household with a three-month-old baby found their mini-split dead, went looking on Google, and had a new condenser going in at 9:30 that night. That is the recurring shape of this HVAC outfit: late, fast, and cheap enough that people say so twice. The work is multi-zone ductless. Reviews describe seven-zone LG and Mitsubishi systems going in over two to four days, a set of two condensers and four heads finished in two and a half days by one installer, a 24,000 BTU heat-pump unit done in half a day, branch-box Mitsubishi builds, plus oil boilers, furnaces and water heaters on the side. In a May 2025 review a customer had Jean read their blueprint and lay out a commercial boiler job; in a September 2023 one, a homeowner said four other companies had failed on an old furnace before this crew got it running and then fitted a five-zone system. Jean — Jean Delinois, the name on the Thumbtack background check — is who customers deal with, generally alongside a small named crew (Jerry, Jeff, Rodlin) and, per one review, his father. Two habits come up repeatedly: working weekends and nights, including two days in cold rain in April 2025, and flexibility on how the job is bought. A December 2022 customer with a 220-year-old house and a century-old heating system was given multiple quotes on different systems, then allowed to pour the pad himself and have a relative do the wiring to cut the cost; a Cape Cod customer bought the equipment directly and had JD install it. What to weigh: this record is almost entirely one platform's, its 70 written reviews run from 2022 to the end of 2025, and a handful are not customer accounts at all — one is written by a relative ('thank you uncle jean'), one by someone who worked alongside him rather than hired him, and one is generic template praise about 'the product'. Both directory listings, Angi and HomeAdvisor, carry the same three October 2022 reviews and are currently flagged 'This pro is under review'. Right for a multi-head mini-split installation on a budget, or an emergency at an awkward hour. Get the equipment brand, zone count and warranty terms written into the quote, and ask who is doing the electrical.
