Google shows 4.9 stars from 121 ratings, and the reviews are unusually consistent about why: they show up fast, they finish, and they leave the house clean. The work is furnaces, hydro-air heating, central air, ductless mini-splits and the ductwork and sheet metal that goes with them, plus service contracts and help with utility installation rebates. Reviewers describe the full range — a complete system overhaul after multiple quotes, five mini-splits serviced, an oil tank swapped out with new lines to the heater and hot water heater in under four hours, even a non-functioning bathroom fan. Emergency response is the through-line. A February 2026 reviewer with the outside temperature around 5 degrees left a message with the answering service at 9am, got a callback in ten minutes, had a technician on site inside the hour and the repair done in another thirty to forty minutes. Another that month said the crew came out on their oil company's recommendation with no prior relationship, found a fried control board, had the part in stock and rewired what was needed before leaving. In a January 2026 review, a customer who woke up to no heat had two techs at the house by 8:15 and called the emergency rate reasonable. Older reviews say the same thing: in a December 2024 review the crew diagnosed a 14-year-old furnace on a Friday, left five loaner space heaters over the weekend and installed the new unit Monday. The relationships run long. A January 2026 reviewer said they had worked with Marc and his team for over 20 years; another had used them since 2009 and described the AC being restored within an hour on one of the hottest days of the year while an ill relative was staying with them. A residential builder wrote in January 2024 that after ten years Marc's had become his go-to HVAC subcontractor. Crews are named in the reviews — Zach, Adam, Nick, Hadley, Matt, Sean, Colbey, Ethan — and the recurring notes are punctuality, clear explanations and drop cloths on the floor. There is very little on the other side of the ledger: a single one-star review from August 2022 said the company makes people wait after taking an appointment. For a new central air or heating system, a mini-split job, or a maintenance contract in the Fall River area, they are an easy shortlist. Ask about the utility rebates they say they handle, and get the load calculation and equipment brand in writing with the quote.
