Jdetails handyman service works out of Haverhill, and by the company's own account it has been at it for about ten years: home repairs and maintenance plus renovation work it describes as bathroom and deck remodels. Its site says the business is locally owned and operated and that Haverhill is the service area. Its four Google ratings average 5★, and the written reviews are all about one person, Joel. A November 2025 customer wrote that he broke off a large job to install a faucet and a ceiling fan for them, took care getting the work right, and tidied up after each visit. Another review that same month described him arriving prepared for the surprises that turned up during the visit. A January 2026 reviewer credited him with working to save customers money and with a careful hand in picking the products. Further back, in October 2024, a customer wrote about floor work in a basement, praising both the job and the rates. A straightforward call for a Haverhill repair-and-maintenance list, or for a bathroom or deck project. Before work starts, put the scope and the schedule in writing, ask how materials are priced and who supplies them, and confirm he carries insurance for work inside your home.
Joel, a professional also very understanding with customers to save them money. Very detailing and good touch when comes to pick the products.
Joel was kind and generous from the start. Although he had been working on a large job, he took time out to install a faucet and ceiling fan for me. Joel did the work, taking great care to make sure everything came out perfect. He was cognizant about cleaning up after each job, and was respectful of my home. ANYONE would be lucky to hire Joel, as you will know your job will be done with care and professionalism.
Joel was very professional and precise. He was prepared to deal with whatever surprises that came his way during his visit. I was impressed with his attitude and willingness to complete the job.
Excellent job on floor work in basement. With best rates.
