Two things are worth pinning down before you call. The addresses don't agree: Houzz lists 237 Main St in Malden, while Angi and HomeAdvisor both show 516 Lincoln Avenue in Saugus. And the licence number on the profile, CS-117534, is Houzz's own entry rather than something confirmed with the Commonwealth, so ask for it directly and check it yourself. Both Angi and HomeAdvisor state Spanish is spoken, warranties and free estimates are offered, and emergency work is taken. This is a young paper trail for a company advertising whole-home renovation. If the basement-remodel job is the kind of work you have in mind, the one review on file is encouraging — but ask for several recent local references, get the licence and insurance certificates in hand, and put the scope and payment schedule in writing before anyone starts.
