JDJ Solutions Under Construction

JDJ Solutions Under Construction is a Malden, Massachusetts remodeling contractor that says it was established in 2018 by remodelers who'd already worked professionally in the trade, with more than 10 years of combined experience between them. Its own listings describe a broad renovation scope -- kitchens, bathrooms, basements, full home renovations, painting, flooring, carpentry, roofing, siding and additions -- with typical job costs ranging from $500 to $250,000, and Houzz lists a Massachusetts license number (CS-117534) for the company. The one review on file, from August 2024, describes a $30,000 basement remodel the customer was happy with, calling the crew licensed, insured, professional and punctual, and naming Juan specifically; the customer said they planned to hire the company again. One thing worth clearing up before booking: Houzz lists the business at a Malden address while Angi and HomeAdvisor list a Saugus address a few towns over -- worth confirming which is current.
