In August 2026, another had a clogged drain pump diagnosed and fixed in under an hour. Angi and HomeAdvisor publish the same 58-review pool and put it at 4.6. Expectations get set honestly, too. An August 2026 homeowner hoping to save an ice maker was told in advance it might need a specialist, and it did — they still left four stars. Money is where the friction shows up.
