It would be hard for me to express my gratitude and appreciation for JH Spain in this small review space. Our family built a commercial pool that had many unique and groundbreaking construction challenges. JH Spain’s team was fantastic; responsive, resilient and always positive. Working with lot size, and code constraints is never easy, and without JH Spain, it would have been extremely daunting. Our project was a complete success; my family, and I couldn’t be happier!

I highly recommend JH Spain Commercial Services. Joe and his team have done outstanding work for us at Christ The King Parish in Concord, NH. In 2019 they managed the complete renovation of our church. Using skilled craftsman and subcontractors that produced a beautiful and welcoming worship space. They worked with the architect and building committee on every detail. Using value engineering and a good collaborative relationship with subcontractors to achieve a cost-effective and timely turnover. Parishioners and visitors still rave at the beauty that was achieved inside and outside the building. This past year in 2025 they managed a 2.7 million dollar project, building a new Food Pantry on our campus to serve the greater Concord community! Again in this project, they payed attention to every detail and had wonderful subcontractors who worked well together to produce an outstanding facility for our clients and volunteers. We had such a wonderful experience working with the group from JH Spain. They did a large addition project for our organization. The work is top notch and their staff and subcontractors were so easy to work with. The project was completed on time and the addition is beautiful. Their project manager (s) were very professional and respectful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good, reputable contractor.
