They describe themselves as a family-owned, woman-run business, and say they started the company in 2023. The work is residential remodeling — kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, custom decks and fine finish carpentry — across Plymouth, Hingham, Scituate, Cohasset, Marshfield, Duxbury, Hanover, Norwell, Kingston, Pembroke, Sagamore Beach and Weymouth, and on the Cape from Barnstable and Sandwich to Falmouth and Hyannis.
The Massachusetts registry confirms Home Improvement Contractor licence 208494 is active and held in the company's name. BuildZoom, which verified the same licence, scores them 113 — its top 3% of Massachusetts contractors — and lists liability cover of $2,000,000 through Midvale Indemnity and $1,000,000 of workers' compensation through A.I.M. Mutual.
The permit trail is the most concrete record of what they actually do: a $54,500 job in Norwell in 2025 putting a 12-by-7.5 bathroom into unfinished second-floor space and relocating the laundry; two bathroom remodels in Harwich Port in 2022; removing a load-bearing wall between a kitchen and living room in Hanover in 2021 with three LVL beams recessed into the attic; and basement finishing plus a wrap-around farmer's porch in Plymouth. That is structural, permitted work, not just surface remodeling.
Written customer feedback is thin. One review exists, posted in November 2021 for a $3,000 interior painting job, where the homeowner called them a dependable family-owned company, praised Chris's work, and said the crew left the house so clean "you would have thought no one was ever here." That is a single voice from five years ago, not a body of evidence, which is why the rating here is held low-confidence.
There is one thing worth asking about directly. BuildZoom lists two older Home Improvement Contractor registrations, 103333 and 199832, as inactive and at one point cancelled, and it lists a Construction Supervisor licence CS-114904 that carried a December 2025 expiry when last checked — while the company's own site dates its founding to 2023 even though reviews and permits go back to 2021. None of that is a finding against them, but it is worth having them explain the history and show the current CSL themselves. Then ask for two or three recent local references in the exact work you need.
