Where to start.. these guys have always taken care of me and my family. Would recommend to anyone! A very well established local family run business.

Bought 3 expensive appliances from them, Fridge Dishwasher and oven. Fridge and dishwasher were defective from the start. Was told they couldn’t service the fridge I was on my own for that but they couldn’t service fix the oven. After many months and phone calls with no response I finally demanded they fix it or take it back or I’d sue them. About two weeks after that never hearing from them the angry owner Joe showed up at my house with no appointment no call nothing. It was in the late afternoon and both my gf and I were deathly ill. When I asked who he was he pretty much yelled at me that I’d called too many times and he’d been busy. I told him now isn’t a good time and it’s unprofessional to just show up unannounced after months of trying to get an appointmenr, he proceeded to tell that he’s here now so if I want it fixed this is my opportunity. I asked him to leave and come another time with an appointment. He did make an appointment came back looked at the oven said it was fine and nothing wrong even though it makes ungodly noises. It was never fixed by them. 3 appliances brand new only one worked and the other 2 were never fixed by Joe and Sons I had to pay a real repair person to fix both out of my own pocket. Buyer beware!!!

1. Did not show up at the scheduled time 3 times 2. Misdiagnosed the issue with the dishwasher - paid $200 for a part that did not fix the problem. 3. Did not check to see if the aforementioned part fixed the problem. 4. Was told that I should then get a new dishwasher. 5. Paid $400 for nothing.

Heroic - that is the word I give to you for helping us yesterday!  We really appreciate it and know the Joe & Son will always go the extra mile if possible.  I am putting a +++++ review in google for you!

My stand up freezer crapped out on me AUG 21st ‘23. I called the Provincetown store in the morning of the 22nd, told them my situation and the woman who answered the phone said “The sales girl would get right back to me with options”, I never heard from them. Called both Wellfleet and the Provincetown #’s , repeatedly, on the 23rd and No answer. I called Crane Appliance in Orleans, as I live in Wellfleet and wanted to keep it local, they were right on it and I will have a new 20 cubic foot freezer delivered Friday morning. Joe &!Sons isn’t what it used to be … 😞
