Joe Gore Master Electrician

Two hundred and ten ratings on Angi and not one below five stars. That is the headline on Joe Gore, a Woburn electrician Angi lists as 22 years in the trade and badges Approved for holding a 4.5-plus average the whole time he has been on the platform. The work customers describe is the everyday residential list, done fast. Someone writing in June 2026 got a quote quickly and the job finished the next day. Another, in January 2022, said every item on a list was fixed the same day. A third, in April 2021, had a circuit replaced and, when the fault persisted, had Joe back the same day to finish it. A lot of the newer jobs sit at the electrified end of the trade: Level 2 EV chargers, surge protectors, panel replacements and service upgrades. A December 2025 customer had a charger and surge protector installed and called the communication easy; a February 2025 customer said the Level 2 charger has worked without issue since. The most telling account is from June 2024. A bathroom fixture had no power, so Joe traced the fault through the entire house, found that a previous electrician had wired it wrong, corrected it, added receptacles where they were needed and cleaned every work area before leaving. Cleanup comes up again and again; a July 2021 customer described him talking them out of a long cable run in favour of a wireless switch, then driving to two supply houses to find the right pilot-light switch for the attic. He turns up locally in ways that have nothing to do with selling. In April 2026 a Woburn resident posted on a town Facebook page about a questionable hole in her siding near the water meter; he offered to seal it free of charge, did it, and was then hired to install three outlets. The Reading Post named him among the local businesses taking part in Reading Memorial High School's internship program in July 2025. One thing to settle before booking: he trades under the title master electrician, so ask for the Massachusetts licence number and check it against the state registry yourself.
