A June 2019 Angi reviewer described a lawn they considered defunct: John recommended hydroseeding instead of the expensive sod other specialists had proposed, and the customer said the lawn became lush and green. The same reviewer said he helped choose shrubs at a nursery and installed them. Angi and HomeAdvisor place the business in Tewksbury; HomeAdvisor reports 27 years in business, dating to 1999. Other dated accounts describe the work in practical terms. In October 2018, an Angi customer said nearly half their lawn was redone using stripping, loam, seed and raking. After wet conditions, they asked the crew to return to smooth and re-rake the loam and said that was accommodated. A May 2019 reviewer described reseeding large areas damaged by fallen trees. Spring and fall cleanups also drew praise in reviews published in 2017 and 2016, respectively. More recent accounts include an April 2024 Google review praising a quick reply about mulch pricing and delivery within an hour. A May 2024 Houzz reviewer said the company arrived every time it was scheduled. In December 2023, a Google reviewer from a condominium community of more than 60 units praised the company after it had recently been contracted. Angi lists a 4.6-star average from 56 ratings, while Google lists 3.2 stars from five. There are specific complaints about follow-through and continued service. In August 2023, a Google reviewer said the crew dented their fence while mowing a neighbor’s lawn. The reviewer alleged that a promised repair had not happened after a month and that a follow-up call brought another two-to-three-week wait. In July 2020, an Angi customer said the company dropped them after a year because their property was out of its way, despite having done a good job during that year.
