John is wonderful. He helped my (adult) son and I find a new apartment in October of 2025. Even though we were only renting and not buying, he treated us with respect and professionalism throughout the entire process. I felt like he genuinely cared to help us, and that is rare in a renting situation. I highly recommend John Martein for any of your needs whether buying, selling or renting.
Jada Devine was my tenant and she’s left an untrue review for John because she was mad about a last minute appointment he had to make. He and I have worked together many times now and he’s always been 100% professional and respectful.
Absolutely terrible, John knocked on my door and entered knowing he didn’t give a 24 hr notice (gave less than an hr) and was talking shit about “crazy tenants” less than a foot away from me while bragging about how much he can get away with with tenants that don’t know the law.
