RE/MAX Innovative Properties is a real estate brokerage based in Nashua, NH, serving buyers and sellers across Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts — Nashua, Londonderry, Windham, Hollis, Hudson, and towns further out including Lowell and Dracut. The office carries a Better Business Bureau A+ grade, and its review record, 86 on Google spanning 2021 through mid-2026, runs overwhelmingly positive. What stands out across that record is how many different individual agents at this office earn specific, repeated praise — this isn't one standout realtor carrying an office's reputation. Anthony Piacenza (also called Tony) comes up again and again for his market knowledge and for catching problems that reviewers say could have derailed their purchases; one buyer credits his years of experience with keeping red flags from collapsing a deal. Marcos Da Sa is repeatedly praised for guiding first-time buyers smoothly through the process and for selling homes quickly — one reviewer says he sold their home in a day. Other agents named across multiple reviews include Anu Rao, Laura Scholefield, and Cheryl Parrott, the latter two both singled out for handling home sales for clients who had already relocated out of state, managing preparation and showings remotely while keeping sellers informed. Recurring themes across these accounts are speed, communication, and a calm hand through what reviewers describe as a stressful process — several first-time buyers specifically say their agent made an overwhelming experience manageable, and multiple reviews mention transactions closing faster than expected even in a competitive, low-inventory market. Against that strong pattern, one review from May 2024 is a real exception: it names a specific agent, Scott Desantis, calling him dishonest and warning readers to be cautious about any business associated with him, over concerns about how a sale was handled. It's the only negative account in the record, and it names an individual rather than describing the brokerage generally — worth asking about directly if considering that particular agent, though it doesn't reflect the pattern seen with the office's other named agents. The last six months alone brought eight more reviews, all positive, extending a run of consistently strong, specific feedback across a wide roster of agents. For buying or selling in the Nashua area or nearby Massachusetts towns, this office's track record is deep and, with one notable exception, consistently strong.
Anthony is off the charts in expertise, service, experience and knowledge!!! Our first meeting with Anthony and chatting he knew exactly what we were looking for and wasted no time in taking us around to different properties. If we discovered a property, he would set up an appointment to get us over there for a look-see If we were at an open house, he would find a way to join us in viewing. If some potential problems with the home were discovered, Anthony has a guy for everything! I would suggest to anyone shopping for a home ... you got to meet this guy! Moving from another state was made easy.
The most important skill required of your realtor has to be time management skills. Anthony Piacenza has that skill because of his years of experience. Tony kept on top of the many red flags that could have collapsed my purchase. That comes with years of experience and he proved he was an expert. Tony was available anytime and he kept me informed of all deadlines when they were not met. Tony stayed on top of things and refused to let things slide (even while on vacation) and that comes with great experience. Tony did all the juggling to make sure my sale and purchase closed quickly and smoothly. Everyone needs a realtor like Tony.
