Amazingly committed to doing whatever she can do to help, whether she profits or not. We met over a potential buy that I cancelled, and once she understood our situation in choosing not to buy and rent instead, she was an absolute bulldog until she was satisfied she had at least provided leads best suited to our goals in her view. And boy, was she right. Turns out she included ones that had disappeared from my extensive spreadsheet, and included the one that I hadn't recognized back when that turned out to be our absolute dream rental 15 min. away from our friend and partner. Without her unyielding effort, I would never have even seen the listing again.

Rhetta was amazing! As a first time homebuyer I was somewhat clueless on the process. However, I did know what I was looking for and Rhetta went out and got it for me! She is a hard working realtor who will burn the midnight oil to get the deal done. She is kind and will walk you through the process every step of the way.
