Craig responded quickly to my initial request. I explained that we had an old wood stove that we had never used in the 8 years since we bought our house but would like to see if it worked. He was very good about setting our expectations with a piece of equipment that had been dormant for so long and was very clear about when he would be here and what to expect when he got here. He arrived during the window that he promised, on the early side, and even let me know when he was about a half-hour out. He got here and got to work, then let me know that despite the unit's age, it was working as well as a 20 year old stove could be expected to. He was patient with my questions and did a thorough job of explaining how everything worked and what to expect. When I asked him to slow down so I could take notes, he offered to text me the info after he left, which he did so right away. I would highly reocmmend Jordan's Pellet Stove Service, and when it's time to replace our stove I know who we will call.
Excellent service from start to finish! Craig was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. He did an excellent job servicing our pellet stove. A few weeks later, we reached back out because our stove started to make a noise. Craig was quick and responsive and came back out to fix it. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality service.
Craig was prompt, fast and efficient. He did a yearly maintenance cleaning, was able to diagnose why my stove was having air intake issues, was able to fix a gasket that was loose and even vacuumed out my hopper of the old pellets for me. He accomplished all of this in under an hour whereas previous cleaners took nearly two and didn’t do as good of a job. Highly recommend !
