In the past year we had Joscon build a carriage barn as well as remodel 2 bathrooms. The entire Joscon team is amazing. We could not be happier with the results. All projects were completed on time and within budget. We have already discussed having them do more work for us in 2018.
I would highly recommend Joscon as Jon and his team do a great job from start to finish! Jon gets right back to you to discuss work that needs to be done and setting up time to visit so he can give an estimate. Also, lets you know his current work load to say if he can do work right away or if it will take a bit longer so you can decide if okay. Joscon did our windows and French doors. Everything came out great and Jon comes back to look at work and take away any left over materials from the job. We have worked with other construction companies and Joscon is the best to work with.
Joscon created a wonderful master bedroom suite for my son. We were so impressed by his work that we hired him to remodel the lower level of our house, complete with coffered ceiling and custom sliding barn door. Another son was so impressed by these projects, that he hired Jon to turn an old stone barn into a crossfit gym, and then hired him to build a 2,500 square foot addition as well as an in-law apartment. Throughout all phases of our construction, Jon O'Sullivan was truly a professional who provided extraordinary customer service. He was always "on call", and responded quickly to every one of my texts, emails, or phone calls. His workers are highly skilled, considerate, craftsmen who maintained an immaculate job site, and often stayed late to ensure that projects were completed on time and and at a level consistent with their high standards. We highly recommend Jon O'Sullivan andJoscon Management for any type of building project.
Jon and his team of professionals have been great to work with. They start on time, work clean and complete the job on time. They are always open to suggestions and are wiling to answer all questions. After having used Jon and his team several times, I would highly recommend them.
